Like many churches, the Rensselaer Presbyterian Church was looking for a way to generate income by renting space to small organizations. They needed a brochure to advertise their facilities. Dear Uncle wrote most of the copy and designed an eyecatching tri-fold brochure that helped them land their first tenant.
